If so, what did you think of it? Is it worth leaving Disney property to see? Also wondering what the admission charge might be as well as the hours?

Would appreciate any info you might have!

Thanks!

Here's a link to more info for anyone else who might be interested in a description of the attraction:

Ice! A Frozen Family Attraction

LOL! Found the TN in the info from the link, called it, and got the answer to the hours and cost questions.

$16.95 adult, 7.95 children (Forgot to ask what ages the child's ticket was for, though. Sorry).

Open daily, 10 AM - 9 PM

Would still like to hear from anyone who has been through it. Interested in what you thought of it. Thanks!

We were actually in the Gaylord Palms today but didn't do the Ice Show. I figured we get enough Ice and festivals near Buffalo to last a while so getting cold and all wasn;t our priorty. First, the parking was $7 and there were lines at the box office. It looked cool and it was funny to see the local residents dressed in heavy winter coats, wool scarfs and gloves to see the attraction. It is cold where the ice is I guess. They were giving out coupons for hot chocolate in the main lobby. I thought the holiday decorations would be worth the trip as the hotel is so big and georgous but nothing like Disney!! I went to the Brighton store there. I love their selection there even better than the Brightons at the Mall at Millenia. Looked real popular. If you go to Albertson;s you can buy tickets at a $3 discount as they are the corporate sponsor.

Thanks for the tip on the discount from Albertson's. We're planning to go while we are in Orlando. One thing that I noticed is that online if you buy tickets, they are for a specific day, and for a 4 hour block of time...9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm, 5pm-9pm. Just FYI. don't know if they hold people to that or not, but I found it intersting.

I hope someone posts their experience!!

Thanks!!

I haven't been but one of my students brought her family last week and brought in the pictures. They loved the display but thought it was expensive for a family outing. Not only is there the cost of admission but a parking charge.

However, her family did love the display. They had to wear winter coats, mittens etc because it is only 9 degrees in the display to keep the ice from melting. The pictures they got were wonderful. I love the items they have with the ice scuplture right next to it...it is amazing what they did in ice.
