Anyone vacation in a log cabin in TN?

We picked up a brochure for log cabin rentals and they look awesome! I typed in log cabin rentals on google and many came up. Any first hand experiences?

No experience but its always been a dream of mine. Sort of like camping without camping

We usually go to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area once a year. Rent a cabin. Love it. There is lots to do in the area. We always enjoy a visit to Dollywood theme park and the Dixie Stampede. Great whitewater rafting and outlet shopping, too.
