Anyone using Basik Shuttle??

I booked our transfers with Your Ride and they passed me over to Basik Shuttle. We are a group of 8, and they can accomodate us better. I have emailed them and spoken to them on the telephone...they are always very courteous. We are paying $42.50 each way, with a 30 min. grocery stop. I thought this was a great deal considering there are 8 of us.

That is a good price for 8 people. We usually have 5 or 6 of us and when we don't drive we use Tiffany or we have used Mears, but Mears charges per person which can add up.

I've never heard of them, but that doesn't bother me as much as their inability to spell Basic correctly. I know it was intentional, but...

I just used them 2 weekends ago, and they were great! The person on the phone displayed super customer service skills--very courteous and friendly, prompt email responses, and she kept track of my flight, even when it was diverted to TPA. She was great! The drivers were very nice and safe. I will be using them again in the future!

That's great to hear...you know you always worry when u haven't used a company before. That's why the Dis board is so great, you hear about all of the companies out there....the good and the not so good.

Just wondering, does Basik Shuttle just do transfers from the airport to Disney?

I'm looking for a good rate to get to Universal (Emeril's Tchoup Chop restaurant) when I'm there in September and have only called 2 places so far, Mears and Checker Cab.

Do you think it might be possible to pass the number on to me?
