Anyone used VIPFARES.com

I am curious if anyone has used vipfares.com? They are $100 cheaper than anywhere else I looked but I am concerned since I haven't heard of them before. Any experiences?

When you enter in to purchase, you realize that the taxes and fees haven't been included in the price Same as other sites for me.
