My family has a trip planned for November. We rented points at OKW and now are searching for the best price for tickets. Has anyone used undercover tourist for their tickets? How long did it take for your tickets to arrive?

We have used them many times! We have always received excellent service! I highly reccomend them!:cheer2: Tickets arrived quickly! Or, you can pick them up there!

Thanks so much!! Where can you pick them up?

I see you are from Mooresville, NC we aren't too far form you!! We live in Lexington, NC very close to High Rock Lake.

Hi! I know where Lexington is! I know someone that lives there! Not to far away!:rotfl: You can pick up the tickets at the Undercover Tourist office in I believe maybe in Kissimee?? The web site should say! Also, I believe they may even deliver to your hotel (for a fee)!

I've used them several times - never a problem. Once I ordered the tickets to be sent to an address that was different than the billing address on the card, and they called me to confirm it was not fraud. You have to love companies like that!

I will warn you though - the tickets come in a very plain envelope that you could easily mistake for junk-mail, so be careful not to throw them away.

I just ordered US/IOA tix from them on Sunday night 10/3 and they were in my mail last week - maybe Thursday?

Thanks for the info, just went and signed up. Now I will keep my fingers crossed for a discount in this newsletter!! :cool1:

The newsletter comes out on the 15th of each month. :)

I highly recommend UCT. I've used them for every single one of my seven trips and they've been great! :thumbsup2

yes, we saved a huge amount since disney raised its prices and they still had the lower price ones.

I picked mine up from them in Orlando.

We ordered them for our trip this past August and recieved them very quickly. To be honest, I was really nervous as we went to use them for the first time but there were no problems. It worked out great and it was nice to save some $ :)

Wait until you get the newsletter and then order them. The price for shipping is included in the cost so there is no reason to wait and pick them up. In Sept we bought $1500 worth of tickets (3 -10day hoppers) and all went very well. We will use them again in the future. They are highly recommended here on dis... They ship in a day and the travel time is normal first class mail.

All the time. We usually get the tickets in the mail within a week.

Used them twice, this year and in 2008. They're a great company with excellent customer service!

I bought tickets from them a few days before Disney was about to raise ticket prices. I used the mousesaver newsletter discount and bought two 6 day base tickets for the price of a discounted 5 day! We received our tickets in the mail within 2 weeks. We bought way in advance to ensure we received the lowest price as well as obtaining them in time. As our trip is not until Jan. 29. Undercover Tourist seems to be the most reputable with the lowest prices.

we use them whenever we buy tickets, they're wonderful!

I have used them twice and they are great!
I love the fact that you can take a pic of your tickets or write down the # on your tickets and if you lose them they will replace them.
Also they have a great app for the Iphone.
:cool1:

I've purchased from them several times, including 2 weeks ago for our Nov trip.

I ordered on a Friday night, and received them in the mail on Thursday morning, that's from Florida to NJ. They also supply tracking for the tickets.

Just got mine last week for our trip! I have used them twice and so far, they have been great. I also have the iphone app (lite version) and I think it's the only app I'll need in the parks. I might go ahead and buy the full version beofre we head down.

We LOVE UT. They're speedy and every ticket has worked for us. OH wait, except for one... my DH's grandpa put it next to his cell phone and it de-activated that strip on the back, so don't do that. If it happens though, guest relations will be able to issue a new one, no problem.

I've never bought tickets anywhere but AT WDW and UT. :goodvibes (and never will)
