Has anyone ever used "A Timeshare Store" for a DVC resale purchase? Thanks.

I didn't use them, I bought direct through DVC. However, they are a sponsor here and I think they have a very good reputation (never read of any complaints). I'm sure you'll get more responses but this is what I've heard.

We used them and they are top notch. You will find that a lot of people on this Board have used Jaki there. Here's a (Link).

We had a wonderful experience with Jaki and Kin from Timeshare Broker. I would recommend them without hesitation .

We used Jaki at a timeshare broker when we bought our BWV resale a few years ago. She was very prompt and fast with calling us back with a resale that was exactly what we were looking for.

I had called both Jaki and TTS a few days before and left a request. I don't think TTS ever called me back but maybe a contract matching my requests didn't come in over there. I hear good things about them too and they are the site sponsor. I wouldn't have hestitated purchasing from them either. It was a matter of who got back to me with what I wanted.

Jaki was actually on vacation during the paperwork process but we dealt with her son who was covering for her. Sorry, can't remember his name. But everything went as smooth as silk!

I have also used Jaki to sell some points. Can't say enough good things about her. I will use her again without reservation.

Another Jaki fan here! We bought 2 OKW contracts off of her website and when we wanted BWV points we called her with our want list... how many points... UY etc and she called us a week or two later with the perfect contract... that contract never made it to her site.... so call with what you want and see what happens

We bought a resale @ BWV through Jaki in 1998. No one had heard of her here on the boards prior to that. I was hesitant but went with her because she had the listing and no one else did. She was wonderful! Very helpful. Been referring people to her since.

We bought a VWL contract from Kin and Jaki last November. No problems at all - it went quickly and smoothly.

We used Jaki there for our 2002 resale at OKW. Very professional person and we'd contact her again without hessitation should we feel the "need". I called the sponser here, but they never returned my message.
