Hi
Has anyone used www.dwtickets.com ? i was looking for a 10 day base ticket and came across this website and they were $10 cheaper per adult ticket and $20 cheaper per child ticket than i have seen anywhere else, so i was wondering whether there was a con? It doean't say whether they will ship to the UK so i have emailed them. there are six adults and two children going in our party so that is a saving of $100.
What do you think? :confused3

Hi Ali

I have just checked out the website and under Shipping it states that they wont deliver internationally. International customers must either select to have the tickets delivered to their hotel address or pick up the tickets from their retail location near Disney

Hope this helps

Cheers, Thanks for that, i have emailed them to ask about shipping but they won't ship internationally, don't know why? only pick up. Will check out Maple Leaf, like to know i have the tickets in hand before travelling.
Many Thanks for the replies
Ali

I purchased tickets from DWtickets and they were delivered to our hotel at the Universal Royal Pacific 2 days later (even before we arrived) they say it takes 3 days. The sad part is we left them in our carry on bags with the hotel on our last day at the hotel (before we went off to Disney World hotel) and someone in the Baggage dept stole them. So I had to buy another $1400 + worth of Disney tickets. The thing that kills me is DWtickets could have sent us a reciept that included the ticket numbers or even told us to make a copy and then Disney would have replaced them (but for no good reason other than lack of customer service, they choose not to). If you wait and get your tickets at Wal-mart or direct from Disney and pickup at the gate you won't have to worry about that, because Walmart gives you a copy of the tickets when you purchase them and Disney keeps track of the ticket numbers. Of course once you use your tickets for the first time they finger print you at the park and your ticket can only be used by you after that. so if you lose them, you can always get them replaced no matter where you got them. Its not worth the hassel buying tickets ahead of time, and Walmarts price was just as good as DWtickets (if not a few dollars better) and Walmart is just 3 miles away from the park. I would definately recommend buying them either there or online and will call at the park entrance, then you won't have to worry about loosing them or having them stolen. Of course you can also just take a picture of your tickets or make a copy of them yourself. Wish I had thought of that. Ah well live and learn.

What an awful thing to happen. I have made a mental note to photograph each ticket and the serial number. Thanks for the tip.:thumbsup2
