Anyone use those instant pop up cabana things at Disney?

I have one that I use at the beach and in the backyard for baby. It just ocurred to mw that it's so small it could easily be brought for use at WDW, but would it be allowed at the resort pool areas or on any other part of the grounds? Once it pops open, it expands by a few feet long and about 3 feet wide. Just wondering if anyone else has tried this?

While I haven't seen anyone use one at WDW, I can't see why you couldn't. We have a similar thing that we used in the yard last summer for DS (well, this summer too, but it is more of a play tent now to him ) IMHO it takes as much space up as a stroller as far as space by the pool, etc. I say go for it!

I bet it would be fine at a resort pool, but I doubt they would let you use one in any of the parks. The one we have has to be staked into the sand, so I don't know how that would work on a hard surface either.

I agree, I think it would be fine to use at the resort pool but I don't know where you would be able to set it up in the parks, even if it the kind that just pops open and doesn't need to be staked.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I only meant to use it at the resort, not in the actual parks! As it is, DH will think I'm nuts for using it at the resort, but I think it could come in handy for days we want to hang at the pool for a while!
