Long story short (well maybe 
) my downstairs apartment neighbor and I have finally reached a truce I think - we've been listening to their over bassed music for a year and a half now and I think after the umpteenth trip to the apartment office that they've stopped.
One of the things though is at some point they told the office they could hear me exercise but I couldn't get a straight answer if it was one of the 2 days I did a walk/jog tape or every time I did WATP. I just don't see how I could make that much noise - I barely made the water 2 feet from me vibrate yesterday - but I sure don't want to hear them anymore so I need to compromise. That means going to the small workout room onsite half the week and WATP the other half. I still want to work my arms on the treadmille and I saw this Kathy Smith Powerbelt that has adjustable resistence and retractable cords attached to hand pieces - I'm thinking about getting it but it's expensive - $80.00!!! Anyone hear of it, have it, or have any general input?
