I just received the email, wherein you receive $500 in Dream Rewards if you purchase a minimum of 160 points. Interesting gimmick, in that it costs them basically nothing to offer this, as you must use the "$500" on Disney expenses!

We did. We purchased 160 points on Monday and got 2008 points, 160 developer points, $8 per point price reduction, and the $500 disney rewards. I realize it doesn't cost them anything since you are basically going to give it right back but thanks to that 500 reward points. My October trip is costing me exactly $0. We are using developer points, will eat and buy random things on the 500 disney reward points, and I happen to have accumulated several free roundtrip airfares. So it works for me .

Any chance I can use my Disney Visa to pay off our loan and still recieve this? Are there any incentives now if I were to pay off the loan with Disney Visa??
