Anyone use the Disney store code today?

I've been trying to use it but no matter what is in my cart, it says I'm not eligible. What the heck on the site is eligible??

I used the cyber monday code around 6am this morning. A few times it said I had no items in my cart, but then finally let me check out.

you have to go to "check out" to actually see the items in your cart. You may be getting the "your cart is empty" message but items are actually there. The code is CYBER for the shipping, the additional discount is dependent on the amount you spend. I had a small order, just 2 of the 3" vinylmation figures so I did not get any sale incentives, but did get the free shipping.

That means one of the items in your cart is not eligible for free shipping. There are exclusions to the free shipping. I bought a Dooney & Bourke purse this morning and a bonus cosmetic case, the purse was free shipping, but the cosmetic case was not eligible.

That explains it I also ordered a D&B purse and was going to get the $15 cosmetic bag. I ended up just getting the purse and got free shipping. I didn't really care about the cosmetic bag. So it all worked out.

That was happening to me on Friday. It essentially made the cosmetic bag cost $20. I didn't really even WANT the cosmetic bag, so I just ordered the purse. Which, of course, was cheaper today. But I couldn't request a price adjustment because I never got a confirmation with my order number!

I called and got the order number after "only" 30 minutes on hold. I sent an e-mail requesting a price adjustment so we shall see how this turns out!
