anyone use small world travel?

Has anyone used small world travel to book? They are recommended by mousesavers.com and I haven't seen anything on the boards referring to them.

We have used them once last year for a 3 day cruise and are using them again this year, planning our 4 day cruise. Kerri was our agent last year and we have Diana this year. They have both been prompt in answering our questions. We got an information package from them in a very timely fashion and our documents were sent out in plenty of time.
