Anyone Use Sanuk Flip Flops in the Parks?

When in WDW a few weeks ago one of my flip flops broke while walking in Animal Kingdom. I ended up getting a pair of the croc flip flops but after wearing them awhile I decided that I needed something more cushy. I read about Sanuk flip flops somewhere on the boards and ordered a pair. I LOVE THEM! They are so comfortable and I absolutely love the Yoga Mat material. My question to anyone who has a pair is: Have you had any problems with them after getting them wet? I was out in the rain with them twice and it feels like they may have stretched. The straps feel like they are too loose now and like they are going to fall off my feet. Has anyone had a similar experience? I'm not sure if this is really a problem or just a figment of my imagination... I think I remember them feeling a little loose when I bought them but I've read everywhere that they run about a half size small. I usually wear a size 9 so that's what I ordered. The length seems fine but the strap is too loose now. Does anyone know how much of a difference there is between sizes? I'm thinking about ordering a size 8 to see if that fits me better...

I wear sanuks in the park and I think it depends on the material. Me being a guy I wear the lazy boy 3s which are here http://www.sanuk.com/product/59465/SMS2881/_/LAZY_BOY_III I like to where them to the beach and stand in shallow water with them on and I don't think they get loose or anything, a little heavier yes but not more loose

We went to Cocoa Beach 3 days into our disney trip and we stopped at Ron Jons surf shop, I had bought Crocs sandals due to everyone saying how great they were, my feet never hurt so bad before they were awful.. I decided to look at flip flops and saw Sanuks beer cozies omg they were like heaven on my feet very cooshy lol..

Wore those a few days and my feet still hurt due to the crocs, I wore my expensive Lands Ends sandals which I love but I wanted more sun on my feet well they strap broke by the tea cups that was not a good place for any shoe to break way in the back of the park, I was SOOO glad I bought those Sanuks or I would've been screwed. lol

If they get wet they get noisy and made my foot ache from slipping.

I want to buy another pair and can't decide whether to buy an 8 or a 9. The size 9 I have is perfect in length but the straps are very loose around my foot. My sister bought an 8 and the straps are perfect but the length is shorter than I normally like. I can't decide which option is better and I know this post is kind of ridiculous but if anyone has ever had that same problem I'd love to know what you did!

i have 2 pair... black and brown yoga mats, and my dbf has the yoga mat for men. we wouldn't trade them for anything. our reefs hurt our feet now and we used to love them. we use them to take out the trash now, lol. the only funny things about the sanuks are when you get them when they foam up for some reason, lol. its kind of silly, but wouldn't trade their comfort for the world!! i've also had the tevas... and these are the best!!

Not sure what to say to the size problem. I got mine wet this weekend and the straps did not seem to stretch at all, but maybe yours did for some reason. I got mine at Eastern Mountain Sports, so maybe instead of ordering you could go to a store that carries them and try on a couple of different ones and see if one is better than the other.

Glad to hear they are comfy all day in the parks. I went hiking in mine this weekend and was surprised at how well they ended up working out. Not ideal I know, but we were visiting friends and the everyone was hiking to the waterfall and these were the only shoes I brought, so I went along anyway.

I just wanted to pop in and say that those look insanely comfortable! I'm thinking about getting a pair- I'm subbing to see if anyone else has experienced an issue when they got wet.
