Anyone use reserveorlando.com?

We just bought our tickets from reserveorlando.com and I'm a little nervous about the printed out "e-ticket". We're supposed to exchange it for "real" tickets when we get there (at Magic Kingdom, etc.). Has anyone ever used them? We called Disney to see if they are a legit company, but they said that they are not allowed to say. Any information will be helpful.... THANK YOU!

No advice, but we did just buy some tickets from reservebranson. They had an option "send the tickets to my house" and my husband selected that. I hope we have good luck and you do too. Were the Disney prices better with them?
