Anyone use Raglan Road Website,

I called Disney Dining and was told no availability on a particular night. But their own website allowed me to book anytime. So has anyone used the website and been told no availability? Now I'm curious. How can the left hand know what the right hand is doing, so to speak?

I always book a table at Raglan Road through Open Table . Com ... they link in directly to the restaurant's reservation system and not only is it much quicker than calling Disney Dining but I also think the information is more accurate.

And it's free! That's always a good thing.

I think it's actually better to use opentable! If you book through opentable.com instead of through the restaurant's website, then you earn gift cards. Look on their website to see which LOCAL restaurants book through them. Eating out to earn free eating out!

Here's the question - will I run into any complications using the DxDP because I booked using OT? Will they not allow me to use it since it wasn't accounted for in Disney's rez system? Sounds stupid, but I don't want to get there and have to pay OOP.

No, you won't have any problems. When you are ready to pay just tell your server that you're on the plan and give him / her your KTTW card. The rest, as they say, will take care of itself.

I'd say not. You could walk in with NO ADR and still use the DDP, right? So there should be no problem using OpenTable.

HI,

I just wanted to thank-you guys for this suggestion as I had no clue about opentable.com. I have been trying for weeks to get an ADR for RRoad for our trip next in a week. I could only get either 4pm or 9:30 for all four days of our trip! I did book 4pm on Monday as it is a must for DH.

Just went to opentable.com and got 6:15 for the same night! And the reservations available seemed wide open. Maybe Raglan Road only puts a certain # aside for Disney Dining?

Anyway, thanks you you guys , my first day at WDW got a whole lot better

You won't have a problem and I do this on the HOB website as well (they do not particiapte in DDP).
