We are going to WDW in October for MNSSHP and we are staying at Pop. There will be 15 of us. 6 adults, 8 children and an infant.

What do we NEED to know BEFORE we get there?????

When you get off the tram thingy at MCO there will be CMs wearing navy jackets and big white Mickey gloves scattered around. They will direct you down to the DME check in counter. Check in, get your travel voucher stamped, and they will direct you across the way to the appropriate line for your resort. If you have a carry on the driver will place it underneath the bus, and away you'll go. When you get to your resort get your carry on from beneath the bus and go check in. If your room is not ready bell services will take care of our carry on. Your checked bags will be in your room waiting fr you when your return from the park that night. Easy as can be. I used DME this past May when it was still new and had no problems. In fact the bus was not even half full when it left the airport that morning and the one that returned me to the airport ten days later was also not even half full.

We'll be using it again in 9 days and again in Dec. It's a great service. By the way I stayed at POP during part of my May trip and unless they've changed the bus route, POP is the first drop off. Also the morning we went back to the airport the bus went straight to the airport without making any stops.

The CMs aren't always there. You want to go to the A side of the terminal. Then go down two levels. You'll be on the ground transportation level (level one). Check in at the DME desk.

thank you very much...I do remember that on our last trip to WDW in August there were CM with big Mickey Gloves on, I wasn't sure if that was DCL or the M.E...
