I used them for living wills & power of attorney for my parents. Very easy, takes you through everything step by step with yes/no answers. Everything was shipped promptly and looked AOK to me!

Just as a heads up, some financial institutions won't honor POAs that arent prepared by an attorney, since the laws vary so widely from state to state.
