We have used them several times in the past....and everything has gone fine.
We will be getting another car this Wed.

From everything I have read, they are fine. I have heard to make sure you have your insurance information with you. If you don't you could be required to purchase their insurance.

we used them over New Years for an SUV. It was new and clean. DH went to get it while I waited for other members of our party who were arriving on a different flight. He was back so soon from renting it that I thought he had changed his mind and decided to wait until we were all together.

We have used them two or three times and have always liked them. We bring our insurance info. but have never been asked for it. They have never pressured us to buy their insurance, and their vehicles tend to be new/low mileage. We also got a nice free upgrade from them once.

DH said they didn't pressure him about insurance either.
The SUV that we rented had only around 100 miles on it. I was thinking I read it wrong, but it was 100, not 1,000 (which would have been pretty low mileage too).

We actually had one car from them with under 10 miles! That happened at Avis once, too. Must have just gotten it straight from the delivery truck. It's so cool when they still have than new car smell.

they were great last March- I did take copy of auto ins as I had heard they would ask for proof or charge for it-but they didn't even ask. best part...no line and other car rental companies had very loooooong lines-we were out in 10 min.
