Anyone use HSBCDirect.com

I just did a search on www.bankrate.com looking for the best savings account and they came up with a current offering of 4.25%APY. Has anyone here had experience with them? If so, can you let me know what you think about them? I already have an ING account, but this is a really good rate....

This is through Household bank. Which I have my credit card through. I don't bank with them yet though.

HSBC is not Household Bank. Around here, it used to be Marine Midland.

HSBC does issue the Orchard and Household Bank cards. I have the HSBC direct account and have only had good experiences with it.
