We're in need of a vehicle to transport 7 of us (5 adults & 2 children) from the Poly to MCO. Have never used this company. Does anyone have any experience with them; or perhaps thoughts on another company?
TIA.
Gretchen

I have never use them personally since it only 3 of us and we normally take Disney Magical Express which is FREE or rent a car from MCO upon arrival.

I have heard that fltours is great and alway's ontime from other disboard member's. As with most of the black car serivces theat deal's with Disney, their prices are about the same, give or take a few dollars.

Most people use them to & from the Disney Cruise ship, so I think you should check out reviews under the Disney Cruise Line Thread.

We used FL Tours last summer to and from the airport and they were great. The guy was at baggage claim with a sign for us. Short walk to the van. We used the option for grocery shopping on the way and we requested a place with a liquor store and he took us straight to a strip mall with a Publix and liquor store. Waited for us to shop and then got us to the hotel. Same great service back to the airport. Van was a good size for all 6 of us, luggage and groceries. Would use them again and would recomend them.

Thank you both for your input.
We're coming to WDW from the airport via ME, but want to take the towne car back so we don't have to leave so early. (ME wants us to be on the bus 3 hours before our plane departs.)
I'll definitely try and reserve thru FL Tours now. Just never heard of them before.
Thanks again.

I have used FLTours twice for returns from the Poly to the airport. My experiences were very positive. Very friendly drivers and clean and comfy sedans. I especially liked getting dropped off at curbside check-in. I was picked up 2 hours before my flight. I preferred that to the 3 1/4 hrs for DME. Of course, you never know about traffic issues, but FLTours isn't stopping to pick guests up at other resorts and they are also dropping you off at your airline's curbside checkin, so you save time there too.

We have used FL Tours for our last 3 trips and have recommended them to family and friends who have visited WDW. They have been completely reliable, on time and very friendly. We have a convoluted trip coming up next week with some of our family coming and going at different times and days and they confirmed each pickup and dropoff in an email with times, prices etc. I really love working with them

Hi OP! Looks like you have decided to book with Florida Tours but I just wanted to say I agree with the previous posters. We have used Florida Tours several times over the last 3-4 years & have only positive things to say. We usually reserve a town car, not a van tho. But the drivers are friendly, courteous & always on time. I can't stand dirty cars & they have VERY clean , well kept up cars. We were surprized last year with a limo when we had booked a town car. It was fun & I may book one on our next as a surprize for my DD. :goodvibes

We have used other companies & the prices are pretty much the same. I do like to patronize a Dis Boards sponsor, so that's another reason I use them!!!:thumbsup2

So glad to hear the postive responses. We booked FL Tours for a stretch limo from MCO to BWV and from BWV the next day to Port Canaveral (not for DCL though) and then from Port Canaveral back to MCO.
My mom and I are surprising my dd for her Sweet 16 for the limo and she is taking her friend on a cruise for her birthday (which actually is today :lovestruc )
