Anyone Use Crystal Light Packets for Disney Water??

DS used the lemonade packets last trip.
Used water from fountains & restaurants.
No problems.

I found Lipton green tea packets for myself.
Used the same water.
No problems.

Saved a lot of money & much healther than all that soda.

Using ME the last couple of times I was at WDW, I found a new trick for bottled water. I fill my ice bucket at night before I go to sleep, when I wake up- I fill my bottle with good tasting, ice cold water. It's a cheap way to start everyday with a bottle of water. I then refilll my bottle as I go along. I love the packets, I find I drink more, and stay hydrated better.

PS- the melted ice cubes taste a heck of alot better than plain tap water!!

All those Crystal Light things give me intense Heartburn! I can't drink ANY of it. So, its plain water for me!

Target also has their own brand of packets with different flavors. One is Strawberry Lemonade, and the other is Orange/Strawberry/Banana. The strawberry lemonade one is really good, but I can't stand banana-flavored stuff so I can't say how the other states.

Ours (in VA) also has these packets of liquid flavoring---16 in a box for $3.59, and 1 packet does a 16oz water bottle. They have mixed berry, strawberry/kiwi, grape, orange, lemon, and mixed berry. They're pretty good too, they taste like the Dasani flavored waters.

we used the crystal light packets with our brita water bottle last Aug. We had only planned on using it for water(it really helped with the taste of FL water) but the kids wanted a little bit more than just water and I didn't want them drinking pop all day! After we got home I did notice that every time we used our brita bottle again it seemed to have a slight lemon flavor to it, even after soaking the filter. That's o.k though it taste sort of good! We also would get ice water from most counter service spots. Sometimes I would ask for 8 glasses of water and they never complained! Aug was so hot!!! This year we are planning on going in Nov.

How well does the Brita water bottle work on the water at the parks from the water fountains? I'm also very picky about my water taste, but still would prefer water to the Crystal Light packets (which I'll have along on the trip anyway cause DBf loves that stuff!) Just want to figure out how to stay hydrated and not have to pay a fortune for it!
