Nope, but there are so many brokers that have sprung up. Many are just sellers of other brokers listings.

We did on a HHI contract that closed in Dec.

Communication wasn’t the greatest with contact always being initiated by myself. They also used Duncan for closing which seemed slow but curtious to inquiries.

Process took about 3 months from offer to deed being registered.

So in the end they’re serviceable and there is no harm in dealing with them - just don’t expect premiere level service.

Sure, just like a realtor selling you a house may not be the listing agent. They still have to be licensed but everyone seems to have a real estate license and many have little knowledge of selling timeshares or DVC timeshares. You know when DVC has become successful, it's when selling brokers and rental brokers start going into the business of selling DVC.

You’re welcome. Bee has honestly gone above and beyond for us. We met up with her several times when we were there last year. She even took us to the Top of the World lounge to sign our contracts

Bee is incredibly prompt with replies. I've heard nothing but good experiences with the company. However, in my 2 dealings with her, she became condescending and critical of my choices/responses. I will likely work with her again if the right opportunity came up, because I believe her good qualities out weigh the bad, just should've been handled differently IMO

We had a good experience with them on our GCV contract. Duncan title didn’t seem as on it as I’d like.
