Anyone use CM digital software???

I have been wanting to try digital scrapbooking for a while and bought Paint Shop Pro (expensive!) and can't for the life of me figure it out! I have heard of the CM software and was wondering how easy it is to use. DH would kill me if I spent more $$$ on software and then couldn't figure it out! I really only want to do digital for Disney and know I can get Disney digital stuff from CM. Can you also use other digital elements with this program and not just CM stuff? I know some DISigners do digital stuff and I would like to use some of that stuff as well. I am guessing I create my pages and then can use Shutterfly or another online company to create my book. Any help I can get would be wonderful!!!!

Hi, Robin,

CM's Storybook Plus 3.0 is very easy to use. You can use other digi elements with the program should you choose to. Prints I get online, books I do thru CM. I like that their books are stitched rather than glued.

CM does offer a free version of Storybook, if you want to try to get a feel of what the program can so. However know that one of the primary features of SB Plus 3.0 is being able to manipulate each element whereas in the free version is it more of a drag your photo into the page and click process.

CM is definitely user friendly. You will not need a 5 credit semester long course to understand it! You'll be able to load it up and use it right away.

I'm working on our last Disney trip on it right now and having so much fun. And actually, I'm starting to use less and less true embellishments and cutesy background papers, but rather using opaqued out photos instead. Like, a very zoomed in photo of the side of Spaceship Earth and the opacity on about 50% as the background for some Epcot photos. Super easy. Feel free to PM me if you need help or want some ideas.

Another vote for CM!! I absolutely love it and it is super easy to use!!
