Anyone use Budget Rental Code V183800

Someone on the CruiseCritic board was nice enough to post this code. Has anyone used this? Were there any issues? Do I need a physical coupon? Does someone know where the code came from? It gave me a great rate, but I do not want to have any issues at the rental location.

Didn't the person who posted it let others know where it came from??
I'm one of those people that will not use a code unless I am 100% sure I'm entitled to it. There is no way I want to be at the car rental booth, having to shell out more money because I rented using a code I wasn't supposed to.
Hopefully someone here will recognize the code and let you know what it is for.

According to a variety of websites that code is for Delta Airline Employees. If you enter "Budget V183800" into google the search will turn up several pages that claim this is for employees only. However none of the websites state whether or not proof of employment is needed. I would be hesitant as they may ask you for an employee identification card.

Edited to add: This code seems to offer the same discount as the Wal-Mart code that is listed on mousesavers.com for Budget. If that is the case I would stick with the Wal-mart code as the public is allowed to use it.

The poster did not indicate where the code came from. I am a scaredy cat on using codes too. It does give about a $25 difference in price versus all of the Mousesaver's Walmart Code. Since I only need a car for one day (DCL cruise rental from port to MCO) this would be a big savings.

Anywho, I guess I will not use it since it is for Delta employees.
