anyone use artscow?

I ordered my autograph books from artscow on 8/4. They still have not shipped. I have tried contacting the company, but no response. I was just wondering if anyone else used them and how long did it take to get the photobook in?
I ordered the 7x5 photo books.

I have several friends who use them they are based out of Hong Kong so it will take a bit to get them.

I've used them. I wouldn't be too worried yet. I ordered and photo book also and it was great!

I've used them, too. They do take quite a while, but their products are usually pretty good. They misprinted my dog tags twice, but they were friendly and fixed the problem at no charge, obviously, to me. You can shoot them an email, and they'll update you. Remember, though, that they're business day will be tonight, so they can take a day or so to get back with you.

just an update that my books finally shipped. They should be here next week....5 week turnaround!
