Can anyone tell me about your experiences with Art's Shuttle? I am thinking of using them to go from the port to MCO one-way.

We had great service in June. It is $55 one way for the first 3 people and then they add $10 with each extra person.

We were in a very nice mini van by ourselves. Now, from what I understand, there is a possiblility that you might end up going with another group if they are arriving at the same time. That worried me a little because of the amount of luggage we had!!!

If your flight is delayed, make sure you can contact them. We got stuck on the plane for about an hour because of a gas gauge (sp. sorry, I'm a little tired.) I ended up calling twice while we were sitting there to keep them informed.

Have fun! Lorie

We used them last year, but only as a shuttle from our Cocoa Beach hotel to the port. It was cheap, and good friendly service. We had a van, and it was full of people from our hotel and another in the area. Lots of people, most of whom were going on another cruise line. But they were prepared with a u-haul type trailor hitched to the van for lots of luggage space.
And as soon as we stepped off the ship on disembarkation, he was right there waiting to pick us up. And the driver moves all of the luggage into and out of the trailor for you, so no lifting. Good service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I just checked the website and indeed, the price looks good.

It may be 'cheaper' because they bill themselves as a shuttle rather than a limo service, but as far as I'm concerned, if they pick me up at Point A and deliver me to Point B :teleport: (and they handle the luggage to boot!) they are the same.

Were taxes included in the fare? How much were car seats? And was there an airport gratuity ($5) in additon to the normal tip you give to the driver?

I want to use them R/T from an MCO hotel (not necessarily the Hyatt).

I would hate to use them for their low prices and then get nickel-and-dimed in the end.
