This way I can roll my child in his car seat right through the airport. I am wondering if someone has used one before and how was it?

YES! We love ours (we use it for DD3 and DD1.5). It can be difficult to get through an airport with a stroller and carseats... with the GoGo we can check our stroller and our DDs essentially turn into wheelie bags. Both DDs love riding in their comfortable car seats and we love how easy it is to roll them through the airports. The only issue we've had is that the car seats will not fit through "some" security machines with the wheels attached - so you have to take it off before sending the car seat through the machine and then re-attach it afterwards.
