Anyone upgraded (at the port) from a concierge stateroom to a 1bedroom on a 4 night please?

I would caution waiting until you get to Port to do this. We were in a family concierge verandah and about 2 weeks before sailing we talked to our TA about upgrading to a 1 bedroom. She let us know that while the price would be slightly higher at Port, BUT the chance of being able to do it there was very slim, even if the room was "technically available." We upgraded before we got to Port and were very glad we did because they were not doing any upgrades to 1/2 bedrooms in concierge at Port. We did the Wonder in November.

As a plug for the one bedroom. It was AWESOME. We would consider doing it again, but booked the Dream in Feb 2023 as a family verandah again. I think after we waited so long for this cruise due to COVID rescheduling it was a neat experience for our family. I would recommend doing it at least once if you are able.
