I would bet the staff is short on saturdays.

I'll bet some of them are tall

It took me about 20 minutes to get past the busy signal and then it was a 25 minute wait. Finally I got through!

Okay...... I picked up the phone to book our first DVC trip, I looked in the planning guide for the phone number, and it said MS isn't open on Saturdays! Is it a different number that you have to call?

Same number, I called on 12/23 to get Thanksgiving and they open at 1pm on Sat. I was on hold for about 10-15 minutes.

I think MS being open on Saturdays is something new.
