I'm curious if anyone has tried Somersizing. I tried it because the recipes were pretty good and I have such a sweet tooth that it was best to stop sugar cold turkey rather than wean myself off of it.

I started three weeks ago and have lost 9 pounds. :goodvibes Does anyone have any advice/info on this? I'm trying to keep my lunches creative, but it's hard. While I have gotten over my sugar cravings, I'm worried my cholesterol may go up.

Please let me know if you've done this. Thanks!

I did sommersizing several yars ago and really enjoyed it. I loved cooking and preparing the meals and I never felt deprived. In fact I gathered so many recipes that I printed them out and made a spiral bound book.

I lost about25 pound with it, but I have an incredibly demanding schedule and it became very difficult to prepare food. There are days when I would not have a minute to eat until 9pm and at that point I gained all my weight back and then some. Bottom line...I think sommerisizing is excellent for someone who has the time to prepare everything.

I am currently doing Medifast and absolutely love it. It fits in with my crazy lifestyle. I started it at the end of May and as of today I have lost 45 pounds.

Good luck

I have not tried it, but I have looked as some of the recipes. Mmmmm, they seem good!

Good luck with all your efforts. You can do it! Come back and let us know how you are managing with the program.
