Anyone tried to make priority seating arrangements by phone

Well i've spent all day Friday trying to get through to Disney to make a PS for thanksgiving, got through 3 times & each time put on hold - the last time on hold for 30 minutes then DH made me hang up, was worrying about the phone bill!
Anyone else had this problem? Any advice?

If you can get to a phone during the day (a small thing called 'work' sometimes gets in the way of this ), try calling at midday, UK time, when the phone lines open for PSs (7am in WDW).

Later in the day it tends to be harder to get through quickly, but I have rarely had to wait long if I call at midday. Good Luck!

Rang last Saturday at 12.30pm and got through right away.

Got a PS for the IceCream Social but no luck with an Illumination Cruise, but will keep trying even when we are out there!!!
