Anyone tried these Chefs de France menu items?

Looking at the menu & trying to decide. Anyone tried the following & if so, please give me your review -
1. Grilled tenderloin of beef
2. Broiled Salmon
3. Beef Short Ribs
4. Trio - scallops, mahi mahi, & shrimp

I've never seen a review of the Trio & it sounds good. ??

I had the beef and DH had the short ribs...my beef was very tough with lots of grisle and his short ribs were all fat and it turned him off

If we go back it would be for lunch, the quiche is fantastic!

I had the short ribs 3 years ago, and they were delicious! Unfortunately I've read many reviews lately that they were no longer very good.

I thought they were good, nice and tender, but the noodles were nothing special at all. The portion size is very large. If you are looking for short ribs, I recommend the cabernet-tomato braised short ribs on the fall menu at the Wave. They far, far outshined the Chefs de France short ribs. They also come with cider-braised brussels sprouts and purple sweet potatoes!

Hubby had the trio when we went in 2010 and thought he'd died and gone to heaven. They were able to make is gluten free for him which was a bonus!

I thought the mac-n-chs was good and when I had the chicken meal is was just ok. nothing awesome. But I'd go back just for the baguette.

I have tried all except the salmon. I did not really care for any of them except for the beef tenderloin, which was pretty good. I much prefer Chefs for lunch, but like I said the beef entree wasn't bad.

We were there at the end of August. DH had the tenerloin and he liked it very much. I had the salmon off the 3 course meal menu and I liked it also, though I don't think it came with ratatouille anymore (I liked the ratatouille!). I might have had the trio a few trips ago (or something similar). I remember it was quite good. I have to say the salad was the most disappointment aspect of my meal there last time. I should have stuck with the old fashioned French onion soup instead! (It was super hot that day and the thought of hot soup just didn't appeal at all)

The beef tenderloin reminded me of salisbury steak with creamed potatoes served with brown gravy.

It wasn't bad, but not worth the money!!

I have had the salmon and I thought it was a pretty bland dish - needs some sort of glaze.

We had the short ribs last year (October). Delish! I subbed out the noodles and got the tri-colored potatoes which were wonderful. DH had same with noodles and the potatoes were by far superior.

My DH had the salmon, it was very good. I had short ribs, they were good but the pasta with it was VERY bland. I saw reviews that had said it was before I got it, but I thought how bland and tasteless could it actually be, I should have listened to the reviews!! Their french onion soup is one of the best I've had though.

I had the salmon and I was really disappointed - it was way overcooked and dry. The french onion soup and the creme brulee saved the meal for me though!

My sister and I had dinner there this past June. It was by far our favorite meal.

1) Get the cheese plate. YUM!!!

2) My sister got a 3 course meal. I cannot remember the main course, but I do remember the Lobster Bisque course which is THE BEST THING EVER. No really, you neeeeeeed to try this! The desert was enough to share, it was chocolate something and we devoured it!!

3) I got the beef. It was a great cut actually. Im a pretty serious carnivore and it suited me just fine. I enjoyed the garlic potatoes as well. I think you will enjoy it.

They have really good drink selections, too, if thats your taste. I had a champagne cocktail or 3 and it was yummy.
