That's the new "low-cal" Gatorade.

It's not NO-cal, just LOW-cal. Only 100 calories per 32 oz. I bought a bottle yesterday & drank it at work. I must admit, by my spoiled palate, it tasted ....well, not bad. (grape)

But I have yet to use it when running/biking. Just wondering if anyone has yet & how it works for you. I'm liking the lower sugar concept, just wondering if it still has the positive electrolyte effects.

TIA>

I was buying the Powerade Option which is very similar. DH thought it was a waste of money. I stopped buying and switched to water and haven't noticed any difference??? When I start doing my longer runs for my half training I'm gonna use the Clif Blocks and just water. :confused3

They had a big display in the commisary Saturday when I sent. I was intrigued until I read it contained High Fructose Corn Syrup! :guilty: That's one of those thing I try to avoid. My body just doesn't respond well to it. Water and Cliff Blocks worked for me in the half. I've also used accerlade without my blood sugar crashing too quickly.
