Anyone there this week?? How are the day crowds?

We are considering a spur of the moment trip in a couple of days. Can someone tell me what the crowds/waits are like this week so far? We won't be staying onsite so fotl is out for us. Any info would be great. Thanks!

Thats good to hear. What was the longest wait time the day you were there? Did you go to HHN also? What were the wait times then also? I'm obsessed with this!
