Anyone that bought RIV get 2019 points?

Riviera points don't exist prior to Dec 2019 since Riviera DIDN'T open until December 2019.

Every UY, except February, got 2019 points; though, they weren't valid for use until resort opening day on December 16, 2019.

With that being said all UY, except February, should get 2019 points. It’s not really a negotiation but just what the contracts are entitled.

I bought an Aug UY, and I got 2019 points. As stated, every UY got 2019 points except for February. We couldn’t use them for any reservations which occurred prior to December 16, 2019. We’re past that date, so that doesn’t matter anymore. If you buy any UY other than Feb, before February 29, 2020, you will get 2019 points. They have to sell you whatever UY you’re currently in. We are currently in the 2019 UY. February was left out of that rule, and no one knows why. I thought it was because it didn’t go on sale until March 2019, but my guide said that wasn’t why. Who knows? All that matters is that you’ll get 2019 points unless you buy a Feb UY contract. Good luck with your decision!

Aug UY and got 2019. Only UY that did not come with them were 2019 points.
