Anyone take the supplement Chitosan?

a friend of mine swears by this supplement, says everybody should take it because of the benefits. Does anyone here take it?

Anyone have any experience with it?

I knew somebody who tried it once that claimed the C should be be an S.

She didn't take it for very long.
