Anyone take doxepin?

Rheum. gave it to me to help with Stage 3 sleep and said it will help prevent migraines also.

My wife took doxepin many years ago. she had severe back pain and she took it before bed each night. I think it is an anti depressant, but a side effect of it was sleepiness. It really worked to help ensure a good nights sleep.
