I need to use a bone stimulator everyday for a bone in my foot. I plan on taking it in my carryon. Do you think I'll have a hard time. I don't want to pack it in my luggage as I'll need it the day we arrive and can't risk it not arriving in time or at all.

You shouldn't have a problem with this since it is a medical piece of equipment. Just to be on the safe side get a note from the Doctor saying that you have it and it is for medical needs. We travelled to WDW last year and took a similar item without any problems. We flew southwest.

Here's a link to the Transportation Security Administration page for people with disabilities. There is a specific page about Orthopedic Shoes, Support Applicances and other Exterior Medical Devices.
A bone stimulator fits in that category and they actually say something specific about bone stimulators:
If you have a non-invasive (exterior) bone growth stimulator or other device that operates under a specific magnetic calibration, which cannot be x-rayed because the calibration of these units cannot be disrupted, you may request a visual and physical inspection of your device in lieu of being x-rayed.
Besides having a noted from your doctor, I'd suggest taking along the instructions and print out the page from the tsa.gov site that refers to bone stimulators. They may see a reasonable number of them to have that information on their web page, but the individual offices might not be familiar with them.
