We've had ours for a few weeks and I love it, quality is the same as our old Verizon service. We got the Premier service for $99.99/year because it included the number porting (which by itself was $39.99) and the features it provides are great.
One thing I LOVE is being able to make your personal "blacklist" of numbers that you wish to block. We have a few telemarketers that call us way too much so I just added their number and selected that they get a continuous ring (on their end). It's been SOOOO quiet since we've done this. We can add or delete numbers on there at any time.
We got a great deal on Walmart.com right after Thanksgiving, they had the Ooma plus scout for $229, with a $25 gift card plus I purchased it thru BING and got an additional 15% cashback. After all was said and done it was about $180.
The only thing I found a little frustrating (but can definately work around it) is say I answer the phone in my room and it's for another family member, they have to take the call on the phone it was answered from. If they pick up an extension they get the dial tone. But that's a very minor issue, I love being able to make/receive more than one call at a time on the same phone line.
