Anyone successful in paying DVC dues online?

Have been trying to pay dues online and getting "payment can't go through" error message. I know it's not a problem w/our Disney Visa, as other charges have been going through just fine. Anyone else having this problem? :confused3
 
I have had that problem in the past. What I discoverd is there are a couple of different links that you can use to make the payment. One will get you the message you received and the other will go thru. It's also very simple to call and member accounting will quickly process the transaction.

The reward dollars is about it. We also try to gear our payment to just miss the statement date in the beginning of February so I don't have to actually pay until March.

I know I can do the monthly debit but I really have no need as we only own 210 points so dues are not really that much.
 

Hi my husband paid our dues today with our regular visa (from Canada so we can't get a Disney visa) He had no prob......however when I check the site it says our dues are not yet paid. We did print off the confirmation so I hope it's just going to take a day or two to come up as paid. :)
 
I just paid my dues using my Disney Visa. Not a problem. BTW, the system will show that you haven't paid your dues until the transaction clears with Visa, which can take a couple of days during the best of times. May take longer during Christmas to New Year's.
 
If paying online with credit card, it won't show that the dues is paid for a couple days. However, the link to pay will no longer be there...just a view history link.

You should get a confirmation email immediately if the charge was authorized.
 
I would not wait until the last minute I think they have 3 or 4 days to apply the payment that happened to us one year we paid the day they were due and I was worried they would charge late fee...
 
I haven't paid yet because I couldn't get the link to work over the weekend either -said due to a "system issue" or something (of course - it's Disney!). Guess I'd better get back on there today and pay.
 
We paid ours on line, no problem. If it won't go through I'd call Members Service and they will process it for you. good Luck:flower3:
