Anyone still waiting on Princess/Pirate Party tickets?

I apologize if this has been asked before, but didn't see a thread about it.

I ordered our Pirate Party tickets on 7/8 for the 2/23 party. I still have not received the tickets. I called about a week ago and was told by the CM that they had "problems printing the tickets for the 2/23 party and to give it another two weeks." She said if I didn't receive them, they would print them again.

Anyone else have issues getting their tickets?

We ordered ours on 7/11 and did not receive them. I called again on Aug 9 and they reissued them. I received them today.Watch for a plain white window envelope with a PO Box and a Lake Buena Vista return adress, it does not say Disney World on it. Good luck,I guess we are not the only ones having trouble getting the tickets. Mine were for Jan 22.

Yes, I'm still waiting. I ordered on 7-9.

I called last Fri and left a message on the ticket inquiry line explaining the situation and my ticket number. Unfortunately, I missed the call back, but the message said basically, we show them sent out on 7-11. Call back if you want to trace them.

So I called back on Mon, this time I got a real person. Without even asking for my ticket numbers, she told me that there had been a computer glitch and the tickets were all resent out on 7-19. She told me to call back at the end of the week, which I will do today. I'm guessing from the OPs post and the replies (as well as other thread posts) that not ALL the tickets were resent.

I'd say that if you didn't receive the tickets within 10 business days, you should probably call back. It sound like there has been some issues with shipping on them.

I have yet to recieve mine for the March 5 party. I called last Thursday and the CM said it showed they had been sent but would resend them and to watch for a plain white envelope with a Lake Buena Vista return address. She was very nice.
