Anyone STILL waiting for Romeo Shipment?

I was charged the .25 cents on 3/6. Called them on 3/19 and again on 3/26. The first time they told me it takes 7-10 business days and to wait a little longer. The second time they said a REP would call me back. Instead I got an email saying that my order was shipped on 3/16. Today is 3/29 and still nothing. You aren't suppose to cancel untill you receive the trial shipment. I am really afraid they are trying to pull a fast one and I am going to start being billed soon. Anyone else?:confused3
 
I recieved mine last week and was able to cancel through an email address that came on the invoice. Sorry. GOOD LUCK
 
I signed up on the 8th and rec'd it late last week. You should be getting it soon! I haven't canceled yet thanks everyone for the reminder.
 

Signed up on 3/18 and haven't seen anything. I guess I have a while to wait. This one is something that I think my 4 year old will love, so I'm not too worried about it.

So early this morning I replied to the email to let them know I still hadn't received the shipment. ...No response!

Then late this afternoon I called the 800# on the email. I got a lady who was extremely unprofessional and wanted to know WHY I was calling. I explained the situation and she proceeds to tell me "WELL (huffy) this was shipped on the 29th"...YESTERDAY!
I tried to corner her about the dates it specifically states in the email and her response was "I don't know what they're doing over there. My computer shows the 29th. You ordered this on the 29th didn't you?"

WHAT????:scared1:
 
I signed up on 3/17 and haven't heard anything either.

As long as they don't start charging me a monthly fee, I'm fine with it.
 
I signed up for Romeo on 3/18 and got the package today 4/2. It looks cute, but I'm not sure if I want to keep it or cancel. I'll read the books with my 4 year old and see if she likes them or not. If I cancel, do they give you a hard time? It sounds like a small business, I hate when they ask a lot of questions or pressure you to keep the membership. Is this like that?

Still here...still waiting!

On Monday I got a response to my email from last week. NOW they are telling me they have no idea what is happening...and they will ship my order right away. Yah, right. Heard that how many times before.

I can tell you that they have lost my business.

Oh Romeo, Romeo...wherefore art thou Romeo????
 
I just received my Romeo shipment today and it is cute. I will probably keep it and get a few more books.

However, I never received an email from them when I signed up or when the books were shipped!!!!!

I was charged and that was it!

Have people been receiving the $3 SR credit for this lately?

I ended up getting two shipment from them. I just wrote return to sender on the second one. I wonder if they have some shipping problems going on there! Sheese!

I did get credited and only charged $.25!

Sorry this one isn't working out for you!

Hang in there and keep trying to get it because the stuffed animal and books are really cute!
