I know another owner that has 3 houses there. I've stayed at a different one of his properties, and it was spotless and incredibly clean. My DH is a Marine Corps veteran with severe OCD, and he was amazed by the cleanliness. I'm sure the houses he has there are the same, and all of them are nicely decorated. He was so quick in answering all of my emails including the ones with really dumb questions.
