I just spent 2 weeks there and it seemed that it wasn't that busy. It was my first time there though. We didn't use the pool or anything else because we were in the parks all of the time. Hope this helps.

We're in a condo now and it's pretty empty (at least compared to May). The lady in the welcome center said this is their dead season after January and February. Most of the spots in the condo area are open and a there have only been a handful of people at the community pool. HTH!

We were just there and it was great. It really depends on the time of the year and season as to how crowded/busy it is. Really the best time for the parks are September, October, November and January. The weather is nicer and the crowds are usually much lower. Avoid peak times like summer, spring break, holidays, etc. Hope this helps!
