Anyone stayed at the magic orlando rental?

Looking for any experience, good or bad, with www.themagicorlandorental.com

The contact I've been dealing with is Rita Smith and has been very responsive. Just wondering if anyone else has had any dealings with them. We're looking at the Disney Castle, Villa #2, which is actually a TH at WH.

Yes we stayed there last year September 2009 Magic Villa 6 and she was our contact. Everything was great. No problems at all. The place was immaculate including the grounds. Liked the security guards at the entrance..feeling of safety. Only tip is if you have a private pool attached to the villa..which ours did, and you have younger children...that was their FAVORITE...some days it seemed like we had to BRIBE them to go to the parks and we have a pool at home. They have a big community pool with a slide, arcade room and convenience store (which we never made to any of those). The park in the property was nice for the kids. Really enjoyed it there..very close to the parks and make sure to use the Sherbeth Road short cut..

What did you think of the princess-themed room? Was it really as nice as in the pictures? We wanted to stay in that villa but it was booked so we'll be staying in Villa #5, also princess-themed.

we stayed in villa 3 last year. Rita is a nice lady and very professional. It is their family run business as i read on the website.The house we stayed in was very clean and nicely maintained.She and her husband manages the properties.
hopefully, i will stay with them again in december

We just booked Disney Castle. I guess it was Rita I just talked to on the phone...if she had a heavy accent. We are staying there in October. We stayed at WH in March and loved the extra room and close proximity to the parks. We could even go back for a midday break and return to the parks at night. You can't beat the price either.
