anyone stayed at premier vacation homes?

I was looking at it online and it looks nice. They have a nice package through Teamster Vacations that we were thinking of doing for OCT. We would be interested in the three bdrm luxury home

we just prefer to deal direct with owners themselves.

I'm not sure if Premier does this, but I know that some Management companies will not assign you a specific house upon reservation.

Just our preference, but we would rather know exactly the house we are renting

You def. want to know exactly what you are getting. I have been fortunate and found a co. that what ever one you are interested in you get. Not what ever they have open. Def. check it out.

Our first vacation home rental was thru Premier. The home was a 4 bdrm Luxury in the Indian Ridge Oaks Sub. It was less than a year old and beautiful. Premier was wonderful to deal with. After we became more knowledgeable about the area and rental homes we've been renting thru www.vrbo.com. Many of the homes that are with the rental companies are also listed on VRBO by the owners. You save 20-30% by dealing with the owners and still have the rental company's info if there are any problems. Dealing with the owner direct is the best beacause you know up front which home you will be staying in. SOme of the closet subdivisions to WDW are Indian Ridge, Indian Ride Oaks, Indian Creek, Rolling Hills, Formosa Gardens, OAk Island, Oak island cove just to name a few. Check out the VRBO sight and pull up a couple homes, it won't cost you anything and you can see if many of the homes are availible directly on thier home page.
