We have rented an end-unit townhome owned by Paula West in the UK (Homes of America Management Company) on Renshaw Drive. It was very reasonable (that makes us a little worried!). Has anyone stayed at this townhome and can give feedback?
Many thanks!

The homes are all pretty reasonably priced...for a number of reasons. One, the resort is still pretty brand new, and a lot of people don't even know it exists...so a lot of the homes are relatively empty. Secondly, there's a lot of offsite housing supply in the Disney area. These 2 factors, high supply, moderate demand...lead to reasonable prices. Our hope is that over time as people find out about the resort the prices will get to a more reasonable level (I'm saying this from an owner's perspective! LOL) It's an incredible value for what you're getting, it's a 5* resort, less than 2 miles (5 minutes) from WDW...and the places are all brand new, the homes are gorgeous, and very reasonably priced still. It beats the socks off of any traditional hotel type pricing..when you can rent a 1500 sq foot townhome for $100-150 per night (depending on the season)...3br/3ba with a splash pool...that's one heck of a value!

Please...tell everyone you know so we owners can raise our rates! haha :rotfl: Seriously though...we stayed there as rentors ourselves in the townhomes 2 years in a row...we loved it so much we came back a 2nd year (we didn't plan to do this)...and had such a great vacation (one of our best EVER)...we decided to buy a place for ourselves!

It only looks "cheap" compared to prices you would pay in other parts of the county...take that same house, put it in Colorado and it would be $600 a night!

Hi....used to be a villa owner with this managment company, like a lot of other owners....we left/sacked them .....very poor service ..

We've never rented this home but did rent one a few houses down on Renshaw from a UK couple. I looked up the townhouse on that site and the amenties etc are similar to the one we stayed in. We paid $770. per week, tax and pool heat included. These are all new homes ( within 2 yrs old ) so they're not going to be run down or anything. They all have very good deals. You can compare by looking at vrbo.com or windsorhillsrent.com . Compared to a hotel it's an excellent deal.

That's a good deal...I'm paying $770 per week plus tax for 3BR townhome from another owner than the OP's, but it's in high season (July). And that was one of the better deals around, I received "offers" topping out over $1000 for the same thing. So George I think the prices are starting to creep up.

we have stayed in one of the homes in this community. we have rented the home from springvacationrentals.com

we are very satisfied with the facilities and plan to visit again for Chrsitmas eve.

I just went to the pool and it was heated to a good temperature, not too hot and not too cold
