hi,
well i got a good offer on a 3 bedroom condo in widsor hills. anyone stay here. is this a nice resort??

We're staying there in 5 more days (woo-hoo!). I'll report back on this board when I return on the 22nd! It looks really nice and seems like a bargain for 3 BRs/2 BA.

It looks like a great place we are staying in a 3bdrm in March and are really looking forward to it! QT Pooh let me know how it was when you get back. :)

I hope so because we are staying there too in July 2006! :cool1: Previous posts on the board have all been positive. There are a few postings on trip advisor as well and they are also good.

Each home and condo will vary in some ways because they are individually owned but the resort and units are new and it's in a very good location so I can't imagine you wont enjoy your stay.

I am looking forward to reading future reviews!

We recently did a ton of research on Windsor Hills. I haven't stayed there but it look great.

I went to VRBO and made inquiries of about 15 condo owners and 15 townhome owners. We found that the townhomes were LESS espensive than the condos. We got rates of about $1000 inclusive of provate pool/spa heat and taxes for our 10 nights in May from townhome (3 bed/3 bath) owners, and $1200 from condo owners. So, I would suggest checking around with the townhome owners as well. If you send me a PM I can tell you what I thought were the nicest and most resonably priced offers we got.

We now plan to stay in a pool home in Emerald Island, where we have stayed in the past. It is a beautiful development close to WDW. We found that rates were more reasonable and you get so much more -- a large house with a good sized private pool. At Windsor Hills you are paying a lot for that pool complex.
