Anyone stay at Residence Inn LBV lately??

Looking for feedback on the 2 bedroom unit and also the hot breakfast buffet. We have reservations here in December. Thanks!

I have not stayed there lately, but when it was at the other location I went there every year because I was able to take my dogs.

I saw other posts on here where people said it was a great deal. I also believe they built the waterfall swimming pool at this new location as well.

We stayed across the street at the Embassy Suites in August. We love LBV! Great value, more space for families, most of the hotels offer free breakfast, and it is not a hassle to get to the parks. We did rent a car however, it is a little remote, and it was good to have the freedom. My brother and his family however stayed last November at the Residence Inn LBV. They loved it. We would of stayed there too upon his recommendation but it was a little bit more $ and we love the Embassy Suite Breakfast. We were curious so we took a look at the Residence Inn when we were there. It looked very nice, quiet, good for families. Everything is new, and the pool looked great. The rooms are very nice. Keep checking your rates. The guy at the front desk said he would of matched Embassy Suites price, so if it is still more $, maybe you could approach them. I might even stay there next time!

We stayed there last year. Had a two bedroom and loved it. Buffet area was nicer than RI Seaworld (where we stayed this year) in our opinion.

We had ground floor room, near the hot tub - very noisy at night. I'd recommend a upper floor room away from the interstate.
