Anyone seen the new HSM3 show at DCA?

My kids are huge High School Musical fans and very excited to see the HSM3 show at DCA. Has anyone seen it yet and is it any good? On a very busy day (X-Mas week), how far in advance should we get there to get a good seat? And do they select kids from the audience to participate?

Personally i'm ready for a brand new show. . . this is basically the same show, just the songs from the new movie. .. They have used and used and used that 'stage' to death. . We saw it when it first started and sat on one of the benches, we were able to see okay, but my dd had no desire to get super close to see it. . . again this is just my opinion. . .

They do pull afew out of the audience but I think only like 5 including 1 adult. We found there to be smaller crowds near the Golden Dreams (or whatever it used to be called) area instead of the main plaza area. We got there abou 10 minutes before and were front row center Thanksgiving weekend. They only sing about 4 songs (and not the whole song) just like they did in the old one. So if you kids haven't seen the old DCA show, you may want to let them know so they sren't expecting more than it is. Another thing is that they are not look alikes playing Troy and Gabriella. Instead just random kids singing the songs. They were very good and the dancing was great but you may want to alert your kids just in case
